Description
Here’s a hefty Bulgarian specimen featuring galena intergrown with sphalerite! The galena shows well-defined, blocky crystals, while the sphalerite forms hexagonal crystals with distinct surface striations—some even showing subtle translucency along the edges. The sulfides rest atop a bed of pale green quartz crystals, likely coloured by chlorite inclusions. A striking, highly structural specimen with excellent contrast and visual appeal.
