Description
A specimen of a tabular galena crystal from the Borieva mine in the Madan mining district of Bulgaria. The galena exhibits sharp terminations and intriguing growth patterns on its faces. White calcite crystals adorn the back side of the specimen which are also strongly fluorescent under longwave UV light.
