Description
A specimen of pyromorphite from the Yangshuo mine in China. The pyromorphite occurs in clusters of short-prismatic, barrel-shaped crystals displaying a vivid neon-green colour and exceptional lustre. These crystal aggregates are perched on a contrasting black and brown oxidised matrix, which enhances their striking appearance and provides an attractive visual balance.
