Description
A baryte specimen from the Lavrio mining district in Greece. Several baryte blades have grown together to form an attractive flower-like structure. Although the baryte is actually white, as visible on the rear of the specimen, it gradually transitions to an earthy brown color toward the edges of the blades, creating an beautiful contrast.
