Description
A specimen of epidote from the skarn zones of Xanthi in Greece. This piece features a doubly terminated crystal displaying a deep green color and excellent vitreous lustre. Adding further character and aesthetic appeal, portions of the main crystal exhibit lighter green hues, while several smaller epidote crystals are naturally attached to its surfaces, enhancing the overall composition. Field-collected in June 2017.
