Description
A specimen comprising andradite garnet and quartz from Dalnegorsk, Russia. This nearly 2 kg behemoth exhibits hundreds of euhedral, dark-brown andradite crystals. In places, small, frosty-white quartz crystals—some doubly terminated—can also be seen.
