Description
A highly structural and impressive combination of schorl and feldspar from the Erongo mountain in Namibia. A cream-colored, etched feldspar crystal stands upright, while two black, highly lustrous schorl crystals are attached at its base. The larger of the schorl crystals is particularly interesting from a crystallographic perspective, exhibiting multiple well-developed faces and sharp edges. Minute schorl crystals are also sprinkled across the feldspar. Overall, a very intriguing specimen that immediately catches one’s attention!
