A cuprite specimen from the Rubtsovsk mine in Russia. This piece features a beautiful octahedral cuprite crystal with a distinctive sub-metallic lustre. Although some dings are visible on the crystal, they actually enhance the specimen by revealing a deep crimson-red colour precisely at those points. A beautiful collectible showcasing fantastic crystallography from this remote Siberian locality.
